Dani Kerr - AuDHD Therapist

Dani Kerr - AuDHD Therapist
Practitioner identifies as: AuDHD, Traumatic Brain Injury
Practitioners' Ethnicity: Maltese-Canadian
Gender and/or sexuality: Queer

As an AuDHD therapist, I believe there is a unique power in working with someone with a shared identity, who speaks your language, understands the unspoken culture, and has walked a similar path. I provide therapy for neurodivergent folks, and those seeking clarity, direction, and purpose. As a former NCAA D1 athlete, a neurodivergent and queer therapist, and a Maltese-Canadian navigating systems not built for me, I understand what it means to move through the world differently and the cost of masking. I believe our growth comes from exploring the meaning behind our experiences, how they shape who we are, how we connect, & how we pursue what matters most to us. In therapy, I work alongside clients in the here-and-now to uncover the how and why beneath their patterns and make sense of their inner world within the systems they exists in.

With a future-focused, experiential style backed by existential theory, neuroscience, and life’s bigger questions, I work with those who think “too” deeply, feel “too” intensely, and people who spent years performing & adapting their ways through systems, especially during big life shifts, or moments when life stops making sense the way it used to.

Choosing a therapist can be overwhelming, so please feel free to further explore my website and book a free discovery call to meet the human behind these words. My inbox is always open for any questions you might have. Wishing you health and wellness on your journey forward.
