I often support queer & values-driven folks seeking an identity-affirming space aligned with lived experiences. I work with exploring identity, relationships, & life transitions, and those seeking to find themselves & move from surviving to living with greater ease, purpose, and connection.

I’m a queer, gender-expansive, disabled, & neurodivergent practitioner. With roots in activist spaces focused on sexual and reproductive health, rights, and justice, I’m guided by relational, critical, feminist, intersectional, trauma-attuned & anti-oppressive frameworks.

From me you can expect curiosity, honesty, warmth, & humour. I challenge harmful systems & beliefs, name necessary hard truths, & always center your autonomy. I show up authentically human, not a blank slate, honouring your story, pace, & wisdom. If you want a space to be fully seen in your complexity, without shame or judgment, we might be a great fit.
