Hi, I’m Nicole — a neurodivergent therapist who works with fellow neurodivergent adults. I know what it’s like to have a brain that does things its own way — sometimes brilliant, sometimes chaotic, often both at once. My approach is collaborative and grounded in curiosity, with plenty of real conversation. We’ll make room for the heavy stuff and the weirdly funny moments, exploring what actually helps you move through life in a way that feels more like you.
