At Conscious Chapter, therapy is grounded in the belief that we all have capacity to be the authors of our own lives.

I am here to support you in understanding the stories you carry (or have inherited) and how you might begin to reimagine those narratives with clarity and compassion.

Whatever your story has been so far, therapy is a place to pause, reflect, and begin to write new chapters with greater intention and care.

With an MSc in Pluralistic Psychotherapy and a background in Philosophy (BA (Hons)/MA) and Literature (BA (Hons)), I am deeply committed to approaching all stories with curiosity and deep empathy, creating space for complexity, nuance, and the richness of what it means to be human.

I offer a reflective, compassionate space for self-exploration, supporting clients in the process of enhancing their wellbeing and enriching their lives.

I work from a range of therapeutic traditions – including Person-Centred Therapy, Existential Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Internal Family Systems, among others.

These approaches help me to support clients in exploring their inner world, connecting with values, making space for difficult emotions, and moving toward greater self-understanding and ease.

My therapeutic stance is non-pathologising, neuro-affirming, respectful of cultural differences and embracing of gender, sexual and relationship diversity.
