I am a certified IFS therapist, art therapist, and coach with specialized training in coaching gifted and 2e/me clients. I like to describe both myself and my ideal clients as “neurocomplex,” a term coined by Lindsey Mack to use in place of giftedness/twice exceptionality which describes the intersection of neurodivergent wiring that includes increased complexity in the areas of cognition, sensory receptivity, attention, creativity, and/or intuition. I am passionate about guiding my adult clients through the processes of integrating their gifted and neurodivergent identities, unmasking their authentic self, healing developmental and attachment trauma, and skillfully navigating periods of positive disintegration. My core values are Integrity, Authenticity, and Freedom. I am a Capricorn Sun, Leo Moon, and Gemini rising, with a lot of Aquarian energy. My special interests, which I weave into my coaching practice, are evolutionary astrology and dreamwork.
