Jamie Crabb - Therapist

Hi, my name is Jamie. I am a qualified therapist registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
I have worked with adults and young people in education and as a therapist for over twenty years. I offer in-person one-to-one short and long-term counselling and psychotherapy in Brighton at my private practice room in Hanover, outdoors, and at Aashna Counselling and Psychotherapy in North Finchley, North London.
I work mindfully of intersectionality, cultural diversity, beliefs and values and am experienced working with:

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to you, blending humanistic, relational and psychodynamic therapy with neuroscience, body-based practices, and social justice perspectives.
