Some of my specific therapy niches include: ADHD individuals whose primary focus in therapy is managing ADHD or whose primary focus is on other topics, couples where one partner is neurodivergent and the other is neurotypical, sex therapy for couples and for individuals, polyamorous relationships, kinky folks / those who practice BDSM, LGBTQIA+ and queer individuals and couples (including ‘straight passing’ relationships), and gender and sexuality exploration. I work primarily from a systemic lens that accounts for our whole selves across the lifespan – our early life, adolescent experiences, relationships, and traumas all have an impact on who we are and where we’re going in life.

I can provide a free 15min phone call consultation for those seeking therapy who are unsure if we might be a good fit to work together or not. During this time, I would love to hear more about you and the issues that are arising for you, and can speak to how my education and professional experience would support our work together on those concerns. I would also be happy to answer any questions that you have about me, the types of therapy I provide, or the general process of individual, couples, or sex therapy.

$140 per session for out of pocket payment, with a limited sliding scale available if cost is a barrier to treatment
I accept AETNA (including Meritain, CoreSource, and Luminare subsidiaries), Highmark and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield plans (NOT Independence), and Quest health insurance plans.

I am able to provide in-person therapy sessions from my office in Paoli, PA, or telehealth sessions for clients located inside the states of Pennsylvania or Delaware. I can also provide ‘hybrid’ services if you need to switch between in-person and telehealth appointments.
