I am a fat, queer, nonbinary, neurodivergent therapist and creative. I believe strongly in the power of connection, prioritizing things we enjoy, and maintaining curiosity, and I use those values to guide my time with clients. I specialize in supporting LGBTQIA+ folx, neurodivergent folx, individuals with interpersonal and family-of-origin trauma, and older men newer to therapy. Any and all support I provide is trauma-informed, too.

Whew, I feel better saying all that from the get-go! Because even though I’m the therapist, we are humans first. I encourage you to bring your full self to our time together because I am ready to meet you exactly where and as you are. My hope for our time together is that you feel seen and heard. My hope is that you don’t worry about being judged or rejected—any of the feelings that make it difficult to speak up in life! When we remove those roadblocks, so much is possible.

I use Relational-Cultural Therapy (RCT) as a guide; it looks different for everyone but often means we focus on your personal growth through:
1. exploring the significance of healthy, authentic relationships
2. processing past experiences of disconnection, and
3. building meaningful, communicative connections with others.
